Chief Operating Officer
Engineer Vincent Olaiya is a highly experienced construction professional whose career spans more than a decade of field engineering, project leadership, and large-scale infrastructure coordination. His technical foundation was built at the Federal University of Technology Akure, where he studied Civil Engineering from 2000 to 2006, establishing the strong academic base that would guide his future in the construction industry.
Vincent began his professional career in 2009 as a Site Engineer at Lopek Engineering & Construction Company, where he developed a solid grounding in civil works, structural execution, and on-site project supervision. During his early years at Lopek, he further advanced his professional capabilities by completing a Project Management in Construction Certificate at Mount Royal University, Calgary (2015–2017) — a qualification that strengthened his leadership, planning, and project-delivery expertise while he continued to grow in the field.
In 2021, he joined IQ International Services Ltd. as a Senior Project Manager, successfully leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing major construction operations. His ability to manage resources, interpret engineering designs, and deliver projects to specification made him a key contributor to the company's project delivery success.
He later advanced to Inclined Tech & Construction Company Ltd., also serving as Senior Project Manager. There, he strengthened his expertise in project planning, contractor coordination, and quality assurance across diverse and demanding construction environments. His leadership style is defined by discipline, operational efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety.
Vincent's career then expanded into the energy sector when he joined Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Co. Ltd. (SEEPCO) as a Senior Civil Coordinator. In this role, he contributed to high-value oil and gas infrastructure projects, ensuring civil works were executed to international standards and aligned with strict operational and safety requirements.
Today, Engineer Vincent Olaiya serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Robust Edge Engineering Ltd., bringing operational excellence, strategic project oversight, and a wealth of construction and infrastructure experience to the company. His broad industry background and proven leadership play a central role in driving the company's mission and ensuring the successful execution of every project.
Managing Director / Founder
Adebayo Adeboye Femi is a civil engineer and construction professional whose career spans major infrastructure, heavy-construction, and advanced building-systems roles across Nigeria and the United States. His engineering journey began at the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, where he studied Civil Engineering from 2007 to 2011, establishing the strong technical foundation that would guide his future in the industry.
He launched his professional career in 2013 at Lopek Engineering & Construction Company, starting as an intern and rising to the role of Project Engineer. Over nearly a decade, he contributed to significant civil and structural projects, gaining extensive hands-on experience in site management, project coordination, and field engineering.
In 2022, Adebayo moved to the United States to broaden his expertise and exposure to advanced construction practices. He joined Allan Myers Inc., one of the largest heavy-civil contractors on the East Coast, serving as a Project Administrator. This role deepened his understanding of U.S. construction standards, safety culture, and large-scale project execution.
His career later expanded into building automation and mechanical systems. At Johnson Controls, he worked as a Controls System Field Engineer, supporting the deployment and optimization of smart-building technologies. He continued this progression with Vertical Mechanical Group, further strengthening his capabilities in HVAC controls and integrated building systems.
Adebayo's commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his academic and professional development. He completed Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning studies at Lincoln Technical Institute (2023–2025) and later advanced his managerial expertise through Construction Management studies at Prince George's Community College (2025). Along the way, he earned key industry credentials — including EPA 601, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Erosion and Sediment Control Certification from the Maryland Department of the Environment, and the Tridium Niagara N4 Certification — all of which reinforce his dedication to safety, environmental responsibility, and modern building-systems proficiency.
Today, Adebayo brings together more than a decade of diverse engineering experience as the founder of Robust Edge Engineering Ltd. His vision is to build a company that delivers reliable, high-quality heavy-construction solutions backed by global expertise, disciplined project execution, and an unwavering commitment to engineering excellence.
